BabyCare uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu sözleşmenin tüm maddelerini okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Bu uygulama, ebeveynlerin bebeklerinin günlük aktivitelerini (uyku, beslenme, sağlık takibi) dijital ortamda yönetmelerine yardımcı olan bir asistanlık hizmetidir. Uygulama 18 yaşın altındaki kişiler tarafından kullanılamaz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz; hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemler size aittir.
BabyCare; aylık, yıllık ve ömürlük (tek seferlik) abonelik seçenekleri sunar. Ücretli planlar uygulama içinden satın alınabilir. Tüm fiyatlar yerel para birimine göre App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden belirlenir.
Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler, dönem sonunda iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce hesabınızdan çekilir. İptal için App Store veya Google Play Store abonelik yönetim ekranını kullanmanız gerekir.
Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonrası mevcut dönem boyunca premium özelliklerinize erişiminiz devam eder; dönem bitiminde ücretsiz plana geçilir. İadeler Apple App Store ve Google Play Store politikalarına tabidir. BabyCare, platform kuralları dışında iade yapma yükümlülüğü taşımaz.
Ücretsiz deneme süresi sona ermeden iptal edilmezse abonelik ücretli olarak başlar. Deneme dönemi teklifi yalnızca daha önce deneme süresi kullanmamış hesaplar için geçerlidir.
BabyCare, temel işlevselliğini sağlamak için üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanır: RevenueCat (abonelik yönetimi), Supabase (veri depolama, SOC 2 Type 2 ve GDPR uyumlu), OpenAI OpCo, LLC (yapay zeka özellikleri), Expo (bildirim servisleri). AI asistan özelliği, hesap başına ve cihaz başına tanımlanmış ücretsiz kullanım kotasıyla sunulur. Ücretsiz kullanıcılar günlük/aylık sınırlarla kısıtlıdır; Premium üyeler daha geniş erişime sahiptir. AI tarafından üretilen içerikler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve tıbbi tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Kota aşımında sistem Premium'a yönlendirir.
BabyCare, kullanıcılara belirli özellikleri ücretsiz veya sınırlı kota dahilinde sunar. Bu haklar her bir gerçek kullanıcıya özeldir. Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır:

Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi Profil ekranındaki 'Hesabımı Sil' seçeneğiyle kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varsa, hesap silme öncesinde aboneliği App Store veya Google Play üzerinden iptal etmeniz önerilir. Hesap silme işlemi geri alınamaz.

BabyCare and its AI assistant do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This app is for general information and tracking purposes only. If you have any concerns about your baby's health, consult your doctor or a healthcare facility immediately. In emergencies, call your local emergency number.
By downloading or using BabyCare, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement. This app is a digital assistant to help parents manage their baby's daily activities (sleep, feeding, health tracking). Users must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for the security of your account; all actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
BabyCare offers monthly, annual, and lifetime (one-time) subscription options available for purchase within the app. All prices are determined in local currency through the App Store or Google Play Store.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. The renewal charge is applied to your account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel, use the subscription management section of the App Store or Google Play Store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period, after which you revert to the free plan. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. BabyCare has no obligation to issue refunds outside of platform rules.
If the free trial is not cancelled before it ends, the subscription begins as a paid plan. Trial offers are only available to accounts that have not previously used a trial period.
BabyCare uses third-party services to provide its core functionality: RevenueCat (subscription management), Supabase (data storage, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant), OpenAI OpCo, LLC (AI features), Expo (notification services). Each service has its own privacy policy and terms of use. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The AI assistant feature is provided with a free usage quota defined per account and per device. Free users are subject to daily/monthly limits; Premium members have broader access. Content generated by AI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. When the quota is exceeded, the system directs you to upgrade to Premium.
BabyCare offers certain features free or within a limited quota. These rights are specific to each individual user. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
If abuse is detected, BabyCare reserves the right to withhold free usage rights, restrict access, or permanently suspend the account.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the 'Delete My Account' option in the Profile screen. If you have an active subscription, it is recommended to cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Account deletion is irreversible.
